What could be more local than the education your child receives? Schools are staffed, paid for, and evaluated by the very citizens who reside there. National control of the education system is an idea that has gone awry. Teachers are forced into a ‘one size fits all’ curriculum. It is time to return those decisions back to the local school boards.
